3. Payments and refunds

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may include applicable taxes where required. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

1. Self-paced courses: refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed a substantial portion of the content.
2. Live cohorts / events: refunds follow the cancellation window shown at checkout or in the cohort page.
3. Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to account suspension pending investigation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Digitera or help anyone else do so.

1. No unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution of course materials.
2. No attempts to disrupt, scrape, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
3. No uploading of malicious code or engaging in abusive, harassing, or unlawful activity.
4. Compliance with applicable laws and any third-party policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
